We have a team of Mechanical and Electrical Service Engineers for on-site work.

Our engineers cover the whole of the UK and can usually be with you within 24 hours.

Breakdown work and emergency repairs – Is your press:-

• Jammed on the bottom of the stroke?
• Slowing down?
• Bearings getting hot?
• Making a strange unfamiliar noise?
• Clutch or brake sluggish or making a noise?
• Slide out of line?
• Pneumatic or lubrication problems?
• Won’t run single, continuous or inch cycles?

We can send an engineer to fix your problem.

TMA Service Engineers are very experienced and have been working in this industry for many years they are all qualified to:

• Operate Fork lift trucks
• Erect mobile scaffold towers
• Operate mobile, vertical & boom lifts
• Slinging & Lifting
• Banksman Course etc.

• Weekday Rate – 6.00am to 6pm Basic Rate
• Weekday Rate – 6.00pm to 10pm
• Saturday – 6.00am to 6pm
• Saturday Rate – 6.00pm to 10pm
• Night Rate – 10.00pm to 6am
• Sunday Rate
• Bank Holiday/Christmas/New Year’s
• Overnight Allowance – extra
• Overnight Accommodation – extra   (Unless paid directly by customer).
• Travelling Time – hourly rate plus mileage charge
• Transport (up to 1.3 tons) charged hourly

HSG 326 Inspections – Mechanical & Electrical

Our Engineers are qualified in NDT (non-destructive testing) to PCN level II so they can inspect your critical press components.
The large insurance companies will usually accept our inspection reports.

We can usually get an Engineer to you within 24 hours.
